thanks to everybody for the response, I just wanna add that this problem always started when I get engine washed, it stayed like that for a day and then disappear by itself. But this time it stayed on for ever, meanwhile I got a manual switch installed ( which wasnt there before) to turn fan on/ off manually. And by the way the fault reads " AC CONTROLLER NO RESPONSE 190 S 274 07 " .

Msg to jeet;
I know this is an old thread..but I'm desperate because have frghtliner century 1998 and the fan staying ON all the time with the same AC code 190.
So, jeet.. would you please tell what was wrong and how did you fix the problem? my problem is exactly similar to yours and is 2 years old now and I tried all tricks and changed many sensors and parts..but no results.

That happened to me. So what I did I replaced the the dryer and sensor that is connected to it. Issue was solved.
Hope that helps you.
