If the fuse or circuit breaker is not blown and the bulbs are good, then it has to be a bad switch, bad ground, broken wire or bad connection somewhere in that circuit.

I'm not a Freightliner guru, so I can't get more specific, but that was a list of causes that would be applicable to that general type of problem.

This hasn't been mentioned yet, but there are two panels for these trucks. I lost all the power to the DC outlets and searched a LONG time before finding the panel behind the sleeper curtain on the drivers side of the truck.

You may have already found it and eliminate it as a problem.. but thought that I'd suggest that.
