I was wrong, bought the Truck Yesterday, had it serviced. Oil changed, greased, and adjustment of ABS sensor light.
I asked the Shop Forman about the water filter, and he told me this was not a water filter, but a fuel filter. Come to find out I have 2 fuel filters. Thanks everyone for the advice and suggestions
