How long do you think it takes oil to get to the "top"?

Thanks Allan. I was able to see it. Very interesting. What type of oil do you use? I have a 98 Detroit Diesel and only run Mobil Delvac. I tried Rotella one time and had some oil leaks, went back to Delvac and they stopped.

That's strange, rotella fixed my leaks! It seemed bypass oil filtration really helped with leaks too, for some strange reason. I had a small one at the rear main seal.
I might run either schaeffers 9000 5w40 or esso xd-3 0w40 this winter. |
