I have a 2006 Mack Vision today when I was driving home I noticed that the truck seemed to miss fire but goes away very quickly so it doesn't last long.. it idles fine with no sound of anything wrong.. I noticed there was some smoke out of the stack that was grey-blackish when getting up to speed.. not sure if it is a injector that is bad or if the turbo is starting to go.. engines sounds like it cuts out for a second when rpm below 1200.

 

How many miles do you have, and has this been an issue before??
