Default Just a frame and running gear needed

Hi. I'm exploring an idea for an RV. More like a tiny home actually but built on a < 40' drop deck trailer. What I'm hoping for is some advise on which manufacturer will work with me on a unit without the deck on it. I only need the frame with the plate connector, the rolling assembly, brakes and a few other things.

Thanks folks
Dan

Why would you want to build an RV on that heavy frame? It's going to be a heavy pig that will not be allowed in many campgrounds. What are you using for a tractor? I hate to burst your balloon but it will turn into something expensive and strange. There are companies that custom build 5th wheel RV's. If you ever wanted to sell it I finding a buyer. would prove difficult. Your attachment does not work???

well thats why I was hoping to find someone who'd work with me a little on the frame. I don't need anything all that heavy but its likely to be more than what a dually could handle. Although the dually would be cheaper to insure. and yes likely more camp ground friendly. I wasn't thinking to much about campgrounds though. I was thinking more like tiny home style.

If you're worried about weight you should look into a company that builds aluminum trailers.
