I am driving a 2005 W900 with a ISX in it right now and it has a brand new inframe. Only about 2,500 miles so far. The truck at idle once warm only has around 25psi. Cummins said it was with in spec and not to worry about it.

I'd put some LUCAS in it till you can get out of it and have the mechanics tear into it. That oil pressure is too low under load.
