Is Southeastern Freight lines an OTR job?

I was browsing on indeed.com and came across this Driver Trainee ad from Southeaster Freight. I may be interested, but it doesn't say if it's regional, otr, or home-daily (they drive day-cab trucks). Does anyone know anything about this?
