After talking to their recruiters and a few of their drivers, I put them in the "not if they were the last place to work for" list. Absolutely no power inverters (including small plug-in ones), no fuel purchases on the road except for enough to get to one of their terminals (out of route, not paid for the miles), etc. Sorry - I'm not dealing with that crap.

They told me I couldn't even run a small power inverter to power my CPAP machine.
Many guys have posted about them on various boards and it was never positive.

They have a reputation for not treating their drivers very well.

Heartland is a good company if you like being baby sat and having to account for every second of your day.

I have a good friend that has been there for about 6 years now. All in all, he said it's not bad. I was his operations manager several years back, I know he is hard to please. It can't be all that bad!

I heard also a lot of bad stuff about it which seem giving their company a bad image. This is reminds me of moving company in Finland however it is really reciprocal of it.The yritysmuutot or corporate relocation service treat their employee nice which result to the fast and reliable services and treating your employee's good way it will reflect in your services
