Current update for ND,TX, WV oilfield work?

I don't work the gas fields in WV, but I live here (nothern WV). The pipeline construction is getting ready to crank up again for the season and you see the well rigs, as well as tankers of all sorts and dump buckets all over the place, pretty much at any time of day or night. If you're wanting that type of work, it's still here. PA, as well.
