Default Linde/Praxair/Air liquide/airgas

Hi,
I live in the Los Angeles area and have been towing for 15 years. I got my Class A 3years ago and have done some heavy duty towing. I want a change - more money and benefits. I have my haz mat/tanker/doubles endorsements but have no experience, and my class a experience is limited. My driving record is perfect and I have a good work record. Any advice on what I need to do to get a job for linde, praxair, ,air liquide, airgas etc?
Thanks

View Job Opportunities with Linde Apply online. Jack B. Kelley (AKA KagWest) operates the Praxair trucks in Wilmington and Air Liquide takes apps online too. We prefer cryogenic or tanker exp., but will train.

Hey FF. Just wanted to check in and say hello. Good friend of mine left fuel hauling and went over to the Linde terminal off Harding Street in Indy. He was a bit of a hot rod, but I think that he has aged a bit and gotten used to their system and is doing very well. I'm still hard core fuel runner but he keeps dropping hints to get me to come over. The money sounds attractive. I'm doing pretty darn well working for a large convenience store chain that started their own fleet in Indy. Hint: Polar Pop LOL
What are your thoughts if I might ask? G

On edit: I heard that KAG West went union?

I hired for Praxair for a while a few years back. They pay very well, but at least back then, they were extremely picky on who they hire. They were looking for absolutely SPOTLESS DRIVERS....I mean perfect. No tickets, no accidents, no criminal records of any kind. Hell, I had a 15 year driver turned down, had absolutely no tickets or accidents in his years of driving. But they turned him down because he wrote a bounced check to McDonalds 6 years before...lol
