I'm wondering if any Schneider drivers out there can shed some light on a few things. What is there rider policy? I have to go through a refresher course since I've been off the road for 5 years and was wondering if you could tell me their current pay scale. Do they give you credit for previous OTR experience when it comes to calculating your pay rate? I will most likely have to go with one of the larger carriers b/c nobody else will consider me since I don't have any "recent" OTR experience. I can't call the recruiters right now because I'm overseas.

I do know that you must be driving 6 months, with SNI, accident/incident free before you can take anyone along with you. I think the age is 10 and older.
