Default Does the truck driver have a right to complain about a company today?

Looking out into the shipping world, with all of todays advances, I got to thinking about companies.

Profiles of every company out there have been posted. Even the newest companies can be found on the Internet if you look hard enough. Most information can be Google, or found thru forums such as this one.

And with the exception of newest companies, most complaints about common companies can be found.

My number one example: CR England.

But yet, even though plenty of information is available about this company, they still hire more drivers, just so they can find out for themselves what they are like. Either they didn't do any/enough research on the company, or just dismissed it as "another angry driver venting".

So do these drivers have a right to complain?

BTW, please feel free to substitute any company in the place of CRE.

well i have to ask, if you take a dive off the diveing board and break you head becose the pool was emty do you get to bitch at the owner.
*********************************OR*************** ****************************
if the pool caretakers all tell you how nice the pool is 70degs refishing your injoy yourself be like a new man and you take the dive and break you head. do you get to bitch for taking someones word

I think the latter of the two is more in line with what these companys are doing to the kids or dispret men and weman trying to save themself. this is in the case of cre. most the big company are the bottom and thats were most have to start and work there way up the latter.

CRE is in a class of there own.................

i think there good starter companys as well as bad,........ i think most comming in today are out of disperation and dont have time to research that why they get sucked up bye CRE

Someone else's fault. In todays world? Really?

If mommy told you not to put your hand in the fire, and you do anyways, is it mommy's fault you got burned?

hehehe.... Ok, you're new, so you don't know me.

Some time ago, I worked for JB Hunt. Afterwards, for years, I was anti jbhunt, anti recruiter, and for a while, very mad. I'm over it now, however, I ask myself: "Was information available? Was I warned?" The answer was yes. But I chose to ignore it, and paid a price.

Today, being years later, this info is available for just about every trucking company out there. Today you should know everything, good or bad, about a company before you even fill an application. If you don't, then you didn't research it enough. So when you get screwed over by the company, is it really the company fault?

FYI, the recruiter I went toe to toe with was Sheepdancer, who used to recruit for JB Hunt. Today, he's the only one on my friends list. Funny how that worked out.
