Hello.I was wondering if anybody worked for or is currently employed at this company. I see their equipment once in a while. I am not sure if they do P+D Linehaul or OTR. Any ifno would be appreciated.

They do everything.....from smooth bore delivery...to multi compartment delivery...to totes, drums, buckets, gallon jugs and pints. They also act as storage and terminaling for companies like Bayer Crop Sciences, Syngenta, Dekalb, DuPont Agri-business and Dow Agri-business. Each terminal is operated as a "Solo" business, but the employees at those terminals are paid the same as all the other terminals. Last I heard (4 weeks ago), a starting warehouseman receives $14.35 an hour, then advances as he or she gains experience and certifications on packaging and equipment handling. The truck drivers start at $16.89 (more if they have experience) and top out at $25+. Not sure about the top end. The company I am leased to, loses "company drivers" (whom are teamster) to Brenntag on a regular basis. Brenntag drivers work a shift and are home every night\day. The OTR trucks work out of Houston TX and are team driven....home on weekends. Now............You can send your resume to the address that is in this link; Brenntag - Careers .......But I strongly suggest you take the time to go to the terminal and talk with them. Those whom take initiative to walk through the door, usually get hired first. http://www.brenntagnorthamerica.com/en/

I like Brenntag; they advertise to drivers making deliveries to their locations...
If I had lived in Charleston, SC when I delivered there I would've asked them about the position, too. Definitely take Orangetxguy's advice!

I was just offered a job by Brenntag Pacific here in Cali. The guy I interviewed with told me these details: home every night, weekends off, shifts vary on route 8-12 hours a day max, great benefits package, starting pay for me (I have previous haz-mat tanker experience) would be $21/hr plus overtime (anything after 8hrs), raise every year, he never mentioned a cap but said some drivers were at $28+/hr. Training lasts 2 weeks at a different location, deliveries include everything from dry-van, mini bulk, to full tanker. I plan on leaving my current position for this, I hope to be starting next week, if your offered a position, go for it. It took me 3 mos before I heard back from anyone. Remember this is Brenntag Pacific a different division I'm sure things are different out here than back there.
