I have a chance to go to work for any of these 2 companies which one would be the better choice etc etc

Never worked for either, but the stories I hear you would be much better off at Heartland. Search this site with both names and you will see what I mean.

Definitely Heartland. They'll hire you as a company driver, not a lease operator.
