Default Phone interview with Schneider National...

Hey guys;

I have a phone interview with Schneider National on Monday for a Driver Business Leader. Does anyone on this board work/drive for Schneider? What is the company like? Good/Bad/Ugly-I want it all! Every company has skeletons in their closets...

How do they treat you? With respect hopefully, or like they just don't care?

Quality/Quantity of advancement opportunities?

Any info provided will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Erick

From a drivers perspective they are a PITA. Anymore you feel like a College Senior at the NFL Combine because of all the crap they want to run you through. Good luck.

Little late response but HawkJr ran for them for a while. What he told me was that yeah, they give you some crap but for what they give you they really aren't that bad of a company to drive for compared to many others. If you can ignore the bad and not let it get under your skin you'll be fine.

Found out recently that I didn't get the job. The more research I did online about the position, the less I wanted the job. I'd be responsible for at least 30 drivers, and I just think that would be a bit much. 10-15 I could probably handle, but in order to be most effective, I'd like to get to know them on more of a personal level so I can hopefully better understand them when they are going through a rough patch so I can help them the best I can...

Thanks for all your replies.

Erick
