Have worked for Trailer Bridge for the past few years. Good company overall however, currently only hiring O/O. We have a small fleet of company drivers...50 or so. We drive old beat-up heartland express equipment..talking like 800,000 plus miles....anyway, still a great gig if you live in the Jacksonville, FL area....home almost every weekend and can still get 2500 plus miles and great medical benifits. It wont hurt to put in a app...but dont hold your breath, we have hundreds of apps on file..very low turnover, but timing is everything. Good Luck

can't speak to the O/O side of things however, company drivers start at .37 cpm with 3 yrs expeience. you move up at .01 cpm per year until you max out out .41 cpm.
