That's the right link.
I drive for SNI (two years in Sept), and I was a bit concerned about this test. I'm 5'6" and 260, so I'm not exactly an athletic stud...more like an athletic dud.
I actually got a milk crate and filled it with books to practice with at home, including the part about taking my pulse. The crate ended up being about 45 pounds, which was by design. I found that by practicing (and not all that much), I got comfortable with the exercise and breathed easier and kept my pulse down. Now, was that because I was in marginally better condition? I doubt it, but it did allow me to get a feel for what I'd be doing and therefore better avoid any anxiety I might have.
I also reminded myself to breathe properly during the exercises...very important. In the end, I passed with flying colors as I'm sure you will too.
BTW...where are you headed for orientation? I'm out of Charlotte.
Good luck to you!
