I worked for Arrow and worked on their James Hardy account until they lost it late last year. Not sure if it's true, but another driver told me that Tandem had came in and bid .80 cpm to get the account from us. IF that's true, they can't be paying the driver well. Talked to a Tandem driver at a shipper one time and he seemed happy with them though...

I tried to get on with them once beofre i had flatbed experience but they would not take me with no flat experience at the time. I talked to a driver or 2 and all that was said was very positive. They run a lot of dedicated flat freight or at least they did. Their equipment always looks nice and clean and you vaery rarely hear anything about them which is normally a positve thing for carriers of any size.
