Default DOT Foods

Any ideas on DOT; are they a good company to work for? They talk high pay, good home time, equipment and runs. I'm a newbie who is trying to narrow down my choices. I'm from central NY if that makes any difference.

How much experience do you have? Last I heard DOT was hiring only experienced drivers. I knew a guy that worked there for a few years, he liked them and made decent money. I know you have to live near one of their warehouses because the truck can't come home, I know their really big on teams also, good luck.
