they use to be named SelectCarrier Group.....why did they or why do companies change their names????

Companies may change their name because the old one has a bad reputation. Not sure if that is the case here.

Companyies Name Changes
'Cause bigger companies buy smaller companies. CEVA bought a smaller logistics company in Jax, name on the building change to CEVA. The bought company was TNT and they had contracts with CSX to fuel locomotives. BOL
