Ok Dui's are a bad thing we can all agree on that. What about all the drivers that got hired lets say 3 years ago when this rule didnt exist what are they going to do with those drivers let them all go im pretty sure that there are quite a few with past dui's driving for them.

Amen to that. If anything they have gotten worse, especially miles. In the case of Werner, no big deal, they are one of the crappier of the crappiest. Real bottom-dwellers.

How many of you guys think it would be good if a company as bad as werner went belly up.

Actually...Werner is still smaller than Continental Freightways was, when CF took the plunge and went out of business...on the "union" side of the company.
