Okay I've searched and can't find any topic about this company. Can someone please enlighten me. I am interested in the Western Regional, the CA regional and the AZ regional?
Thanks

I worked for them for a few weeks. Two other guys from my school went with them too, one lasted 2 months and the other lasted 4.
I don't want to do a hatchet job on them but I got a very overwhelming feeling that they could care less about their drivers. The trainer I went out with got exactly zero support from them out on the road and then they tried to dump me off on another driver when he broke down. The other driver planned to hang out in San Diego for a few days and go to Tijuana and pick up a hooker. He was kind enough to invite me to go along.
The website shows a picture of the gorgeous building, what it doesn't show is the old double wide mobile on the other side of the parking lot where drivers go.
Good luck.

Here is something that began with their sister company but basically ended up being about Systems Transport.
My husband has said he has spoken to allot of Systems drivers lately and all of them seem happy to be working there.

I ran for their 11 western reefer division 2 years ago until I was offered a job where I could be home everyday.
No night or weekend dispatch at that time. You spoke with the shop in case you needed help.
Nice trucks. I had a 2005 379 with 34k miles. cd player, big soft seat. 10 speed which sucked ass running the Siskyous or hwy 97. The a/c could not keep the cab cool if I was parked. No fun at Buttonwillow in August trying to go to sleep at 7 pm.
I was only there about a month, so no real time to get a feel for them as a whole. The above things are what I noticed right away.

Colin,
never been to Buttonwillow, is it a dry heat? lol... Been back east in the heat/humidity, I hated that!!! Take a shower and not able to dry off was not fun. 379 huh, I never liked having to peek around those stacks on my first KW.
Stan,
Thanks for the info I'll look them up now.
You all stay safe and warm,
pb

I have been with system over a year now. I started out running 48+ Canada now I am running the NW regional division. The drivers lounge is double wide but I don't spend alot of time in there other than to shower. I figure you either want to drive and make money or worry about what the amenities are in the drivers lounge.
I have never had any problem with miles or home time when I wanted to be home. I have always had good response to any maintenance required on my truck in the yard or on the road. Alot depends on your dispatcher on how you are treated, I had one that didn't give a shit so I fired him and got a different one, the one I had was really good and the one I have for the NW regional fleet is really good as well.
I can't really comment on the PHX or CA regional fleets, I just know the CA guys run out of French Camp, CA and the PHX are right in PHX.
