? About Owner Operators.

I was with CR England for awhile and when i went on their CAT program I was given a lease operator who was the biggest jackass I have ever met in a truck, this guy was crazy, one day I pulled into the loves stop at gary Oklahoma, 30 miles west of Oklahoma city and if you know that stop you know its very small and tight, well I pulled in because I had ripped a nerve in my lower left back getting into the drivers seat, and so I pulled in to get out and walk around a little to strectch my back, well he gets pissed off at me despite me being in pain and orders me to get back on the highway and in the pain and stress of it all, I hit the center concrete on the fuel island and bent the undercarriage of the trailer, well england fired me and put it on my DAC, but only after they had me sign a waiver convincing me that I could still keep my job, well this is my fault for being stupid enough to go with england in the 1st place, I had hoped one day I could get a company to hire me if the excepted my explanation but they didn't. Well I came into some money and have more than enough to buy my own truck, I was thinking in the area of a 2004 freightliner with a condo, my question is , if I purchase one could I get hired as an owner operator despite that marc on my DAC report? any help would be appreciated thank you.

No. Your accident history will still be a problem for any company you want to lease on to.
Put your money in savings, wait for the accident to move beyond 3 years, then try again as a company driver with another company.

Let see if I understand the OP...
1) Fired from Crash and Roll during training for a preventable.... 2) Does not have any OTR experience.... 3) Has not been hired by any other carrier.... 4) Now OP wants to be a O/O with no experience.... 5) :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Im sorry let me elaborate, I do have 6 months experience with other carriers, and I did not roll anything, I just bent a wheel thats all, it wasn't the bent wheel that I was fired for, it was the lost revenue because the load was going to be late to a customer who had no tolerance for late loads. Hope that hyelps.

In 20/20 hindsight, maybe you should have called safety and reported him.
The preventable is going to stay with you whether o/o, l/o or company driver. If you do get hired, chances are it will be a sub-bottom feeder. If it was me I would follow TF's advice.
