Default Maverick Orientation

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the maverick orientation is like. Would I need to fill out another application if I already filled one out online and it was approvred. Do I need to bring previous W2 forms. If anyone cares to share any info on maverick's orientation process it would be appreciated.
Thank you

When you get there, no you do not fill out another application. What do you need w2 forms for? Orientation is just your standard drug test, physical, map excercises, road test, and working on mocked up loads on flatbed trailers.

Your recruiter will give you a list of things to bring to orientation. You won't need to fill out another application.

Unless they have changed, Maverick is not like a lot of other companies that wait until you get to orientation to check you out. Before they offer for you to come they will have run your MVR and contacted your previous employers. Although you won't be officially hired until Wednesday their "pre-hire" is basically the same as a "hire". Unless you do something to flub it up, you have a job with them when they invite you. If you fail the drug test, have high sugar or BP or you can't pass the physical they will send you back home. If you pass all of this, you don't fall asleep or show up late for class and you act interested you'll be fine.

I started driving for Maverick 4 months ago. I posted a multi page thread on what it was like to go through orientation and beyond. Click on this link and you can read about it.

Good luck, and by the way, I still like driving for Maverick
