Duno what they are like with their drivers, but I know their O/O's are happy. I do a lot of their HH loads on contract and they are great with me. Always pleasant on the phone, never "pushy", and $$ are normaly home before me.
ATS has been around forever.

But will ad don't even bother applying unless you have several years HH background. To get on their "Approved" list for taking their loads had to show 5 years exsperience with the majority HH.

On their web site they talk about starting out as a regular flatbed driver and working your way up with heavier and more oversize loads.

I spoke with one of their drivers a few months ago. Apparently, they have a graduated hauling program. They take it one step at a time. You start with flat or step deck, move to wide, then high, then into the more specialized areas. The more specialized your loads, the more you earn. I have brokered some of their loads. My experience has been positive except for the rates. They are on the low side of what we usually get on those types of loads. The money has always been good.
