What kind of "dirt" did you want?

They play games with different pay scams/scales/schemes
They play games with your hometime.
They have nice well spec equipment
They will work you to death on short trips.
They don't run west/ have very specific freight lanes...if you live ON one of these your hometime will be better.
Very nice people to work for in the office....it's the Upper Management/Bean Counters that have schemed so many drivers' into quiting lately.
When they say the "westside" family.....they arn't refering to YOUR family.
