Default Crete Bartlesville dedicated

Can any body give me any info such as can you hire straight on to it or do you have to do otr first. How much home time. Not real concerned about the pay but like the looks of there benifits.
I live fairly close to the dist center there.
Driving Team OTR for CFI right now and coming up on the 6 month exp
level Crete asks for.
I have no problem with CFI but would like more home time.
I know these are questions I could ask a recuiter but would like to hear it from a driver.

If there is an opening in the fleet they will hire you w/o having to go OTR first. I worked for a while on the North Platte fleet and the guys there were getting good home time. The ones who lived close to the terminal (within 30 miles) were getting home multiple times a week depending on the loads they got. The only down side for me was that there was too much night driving.

I talked to them a month ago, Fish, and they said a year is required before they just let you take off without going through some training.

Hey Fish! I see you are from Oklahoma. I used to live in Broken Arrow. Lived there most of my childhood life.

Default Its great, I love it.

Been with them for a few months, absolutely love it. With all but a few times I have made it home everyday. A couple backhauls we have will throw you off but you can usually reset your 14 at them. Any questions let me know. Trevor

Default Teams???

No teams, we only go at the most 250 miles out and back in. I think they have a Pep Boys account that only runs teams, I hear you work your butt off. But I also hear you will need to work your butt off to make room for that fat fat wallet. Roughly we (Walmart Dedicated) cover KC area down to Springfield, Mo to OKC and thru Wichita back to KC area.
