Im gonna be completely honest with ya. Ive been working with LCT for 26 months. Ive been through 5 dispatchers & 3 operations managers. If I were you I would stay as far away from LCT as you possibly can. Its 1 of those smile in ur face /stab u in the back companies. Ive had tons of pay problems and on numerous occasions had to fight to get my requested time off. Yes the company has the "miles" but what they neglect to tell perspective drivers is who gets and when exactly they have the miles. The main focus of this company is flowers and teams. 4 me, the only reason im still with them..... INSURANCE. After im done with these doctor appts, im gone. Call 1 of there friendly recruiters and ask about the company's driver turnover rate. Its well over 120%. If they tell u anything less, thats there 1st lie to ya.
