Besides TMC what other companies offer % pay to company drivers?

It is mostly the smaller companies who offer percentage pay. The larger ones usually like to pay mileage. There is more profit for the company when they pay mileage.

I know Marten paid percentage on some of its dedicated runs but the the otr drivers got paid mileage,the nice part about percent is you can make good money and not have to worry as much about running alot of miles.
