Default Crete pay

Is crete pay really that great? Can I get some average yearly salary's from people who are or have worked for them? I heard 50-60k a year, is that true? I'm thinking about going with this company, and if the pay is there I'm definitly all for it.

thanks

you can get $50K with almost any good, reputable OTR company. it all depends on how hard you work

How much experience do you have? If you have at least one year you can start out at .41 cpm. You can get 120,000 miles a year w/o even trying (I got 137,000 my first full year).

I just did some quick figuring, I've been with Crete for 16 pay weeks (going by check date) while some checks sucked the following week made up for it. I spent 2 weeks out with a trainer @$500 per week and I have taken 1 full week off and another time I took 5 days off and even with all that take figured in I still grossed a little over 15k. I don't think thats to bad?
I'm not a real hard charger as far as miles go either.

I'd like to know what some of the others think about this, anyone else got some input? Beside the fact we all underpaid

Crete and CFI are two really good companies. However, in my opinion you will make more money at Crete. CPM are higher and Crete's average earnings are $4500 more than what CFI claims as their average.

Now the 401k at Crete is pretty pathetic. They only match .10 cents per every dollar contribution. That's got to be the lowest match I've ever heard of.

truth be told CFI and Crete pay are nearly the same. but have you compared benefits??? CFI's health insurance (for new hires) could do some work. Not sure if they will work on that when the merger deal goes through.

Im not sure but i think Crete has BCBS

Conway's benefits are way ahead of CFI.

You need to go back and check your numbers. Based on what I read at CFI's website they can't even come close. Great company otherwise.
