Default Prehires from: Werner, H.O. Wolding and Schneider

Well, I finish up school on Aug 17th. I have prehires from Werner, H.O. Wolding and Schneider. I'm leaning toward Scnheider at this point because they seem to have a great training program. Anyone have any experience with these guys? Thanks. Oh yeah, I start orientation on Aug 25th in Charlotte, NC. Thanks.

Anthony

SNI training academy is probably the best in the business, IMHO.
The major emphasis...is SAFETY.
Of course a company cant make money unless the load is either delivered or picked up , bu they will not make you drive in conditions that you feel are unsafe, whether it be weather related or otherwise. But they dont BS around about fudging logbooks etc. They follow everything by the book.

I'm sure there are other companies that do the same, but I'm only speaking from my experiences with SNI.

Remember that if you go to Charlotte, do not, under any circumstances be late coming to class, you'll get one chance to be late, other than that you might want to look at a different company.

Also they have a road instructor at Charlotte named Robert Carter. He is the most fantastic instructor you'll get and the easiest to get along with.
