Default Mature Workers (AARP)

I am planning to be a professional truck driver after I retire at age 52. I see that Schneider has a Mature Workers program for people over 50. Do you know of any other companies that offer something similar to this? Also is Schneider a good company to work for?

First off, if you think you're "mature worker" at 52, perhaps you've been living in a cave.

2) If you think Schneider is a good company, you've definitely been living in a cave trucking wise.
