Default Millis

I worked for them for over 3 years in 96-99. As time went on their true colors came out. They really dont care about drivers. Basically use you while they can. Lots of sitting around waiting for beer to be made, waiting for paper to be made. Bunch of driver unloads for crap money. A company to be avoided. Bottom feeders. Plenty of other good companies out there. Be patient.

hell, this ain't waiting at all, how about taking a load of fresh meat to Walmart and have a bad upc code on a SLCS (shippper load count seal) Load.

To hear all you dry van guys complain on waiting on loads, yea right!!!!!

you have a 2 am load time and at 6am you find out have to wait on the "on the hoof" thats still 100 miles away to arrive, and process to get the last 30 pounds of for your load.

Zero Canada runs

New York state on a regular basis...100.00 extra to go into New York City

but you can tell them no and decline the run with no penalty

I drove for Millis from 04-06 and only left because I got a local job. you will haul alot of paper loads (big rolls), glass beer bottles, and of course Bud and Miller beer. Never touched a load, they paid for lumpers if needed. I normally received 2800 to 3200 miles a week, got 3400 couple of times, got home every other weekend. Home on Fri left back out on Mon. Lot of east coast or south and all point in between. If I was to go back otr, I'd give Millis a call.
