Really Need Some Help Here.
I got with CR England last year it was my first trucking company. In 08/06 I had these accidents were I bumped the curb with my last tandem tire and it busted and CR said that was preventable accident. So then I'm out on the road for 6 months and fighting with my Dm all the time about getting my miles I need. In 02/07 I had the drops were there dock was so hard to get into with a 53' trailer right in front of the dock you have a dumpster and next to that was this dog pin and around the dock it had rails on both sides well to short this up I almost had the dock when I hit a rail and it fell over and CR called it a preventable accident. Then one week later I had a drop where I was the first person to get into there dock that morning I backed into the dock nice and easy and everything looked fine until I was empty and they said I broke there dock. One of the rubber bumpers had fell down on one side it had holes for 4 screws but they only had 2 in there. I didn't hit there dock hard enough to brake the screw but they still blamed me and CR said that was a preventable accident. They left me out on the road for 3 more months and then pulls me in and fires me for safety and put 3 preventable accidents on my DAC. I Have 11 months OTR and I'm having trouble finding a company to take me can anybody help me ? I really need to get a job.

You are not supposed to hit so many things. In the future, tell them you got a flat tire, not that you hit a curb and the tire went flat. RE: Backing up, get out and look.
