Physical work. Not many driver that want to unload a 48' trailer by hand with a two wheel dolly, fit a tractor-trailer into restaurants that they barely fit, deal with customers every day, every stop.

We have the same problem, hard to keep drivers in the foodservice side of the industry.

My niece's friend's father worked for them. Was told the money was good at first then it slacked off.
I see adds for them all the time with a $2000 sign on bonus. We have one of their DC's in our backyard, one in OKC and 2 around Dallas. Thought I'd ask about them. Thanks
