Does anyone have any input I did drive for them nearly 6 months. I caught my self Job hopping so I wanted to stay at one place, so I was forcing myself to make Navajo work out for me. They were Low paying. When I drove for them they only paid 24 cents amile and did not run you many miles. They have a hard time to get people to come and work for them. There was suppose to been 30 in my Orientation, but only 2 of us showed up. Did I have problems with them? Yes. They did play Doctor. They directed me to come off some Prescribed medications and Drive the Truck. They are Not Doctors, and I was sick cause I over did my self trying to get enough miles to live on. So yes I was fired cause I refused to drive under the influnce of Medication. You will haul alot of Coors Beer, Beef, and Kodak Film. They do maintain their equipment.

Never drove for them though Someone told me once, that the picture of the girl on the trucks is the owner's daughter, or something.

I actually ran into one of their drivers at a service plaza on the "Pike" last week. He was having problems with his truck. I guess he had been there for awhile. He wasn't too happy. He bitched for awhile and I wished him luck. He asked if we were union and then siad he wished he worked for a union company. I doubt you would want to work for a place like that.
I think the female on the side of the truck is just supposed to be a Navajo girl. At least thats the way I took it. |
