I work for the package side of the company and they will pay for college. The only problem is you are way too busy working to go to college. I don't get home until 7:00pm most nights and later during Christmas. No way to get to a night class. Maybe online would work.

You must have met someone from UPSF "Truckload", which is like any other full TL company. UPSF "LTL" drivers start at .459 mi and top out at .5415, most, not all, are home everyday.

Sorry but I've never heard of tuition assistance, unless its a new thing UPS added, but I doubt it.

Nope, tuition assistance is not in our current contract, nor is it being proposed. Perhaps the non-union management side has it, but knowing Brown like I do, I doubt it...and lets see, someone quits a $70K a year package job, uh sure, that's right....LOL!! And "Jimmy" tells us that "any day now" he'll have UPS Freight under contract....Uh, sure you will Jim (when pigs FLY)
