Default A few cake runs....

Anyone looking for an easy job with decent pay I definately have it . I don't get a referral bonus as I will be going back to Yellow in a few weeks .

http://www.air-rideinc.com/available_runs.php

The Akron, OH to Erie job that just came open is cake , so is the one I'm on from Cleveland to Erie which will be coming open soon . 200 miles a day on my run total and the rest of the time you can sleep, bobtail pretty much anywhere, take a shower, whatever you'd like while your in Erie . And you get the entire day off . Like I said , it's the easiest job I've had . I'm going back to Yellow though because it's a better long term gig . Any questions pm me .

On paper they look good. In fact, i think i once was going to apply with them in 97 or 8.

The problem is i've heard some bad things about them.

Mostly air freight i ASSume?

Yeah most of them are either DHL or Bax global . Mine's a DHL run , I can't really say anything bad about them at all . It's really about the easiest job in trucking , at least my run is .

Smooth,
Is this info just for the Ohio area or do you have access to this kind of info at alot of the other terminals? If the later, what about in the Fort Worth, Texas area?

I drive 200 miles total on my round trip . The 3 or 4 hours you get off while on the run is while they unload you in Erie , they sort everything out and reload you , that's when you can sleep or do whatever you want , I usually just sleep but you are free to go whever you want , tey don't care . It ends up being about an 8 to 9.5 hour work day depending on how busy they are . When I get back to Cleveland I go to my house for the rest of the day before leaving for work again at around 8:15 at night .
BTW , they filled the Akron run .

There main terminal is in Ohio and that is all there runs available , anything they have out west usually is teams . There teams runs aren't bad either , the way I look at it is you at least get a steady income year round .
