Does anyone know if maverick offers more hometime for entry level drivers? Or at least an option to get you thru the house a couple times during the week?

Maverick gets you home on the weekends.. depending on which division you go with.

mavericks flatbed division gets you home every weekend, where as their specialized division gets you home every 2 weeks.

of course this is the trucking industry so sometimes things will come up and you wont make it home but maverick does what they can to get you home. according to the recruiter that Ron talked to, their flatbed drivers normally miss no more than 3 weekends a year.

however Ron decided to go with mavericks specialized division and so he will be coming home every 2 weeks.. actually he is out with his first load right now.

every division of Maverick except longhaul and specialized will get you home every weekend 95% of the time. The fact youre new doesnt matter. Im in Maverick US division and cover the middle to eastern US. I still get home during the weekends. As with Rontwo you can ask me as well. But we come from completely different areas of Maverick. They can answer more questions regarding the specialized division and I can answer more about the flatbed division.
