Does anyone know the good, the bad , and ulgy between the two heartland express, and land air.

 

OK, my gut feeling is that i think i'd rather go with heartland. Actually IF Great coastal is still around (Heartland bought them out recently) then i'd go with Great coastal in a NYC minute. So, look into that.

I feel that Heartland is better than Land air because Land air seems like they only do time critical air freight which means you will be running ragged. You'll be running, but you'll be running ragged. And i've done ragged and i'm back doing it now. And, this is not a life. It's a survival.

But actually, i don't know. So you've inspired me to research both companies.

If you live in NC....why are you not including CFI in your search?

I doubt if I would bother filling out an application for either of the other two.

Not being snotty...just know a little about the two, and don't care for what I know about either. Do a search and read the info presented.

heartland is a joke,can only fuel at terminals,up all day drive all night,the yard in mo has a porta can for the drivers to use because they lock up the drivers room,and the equipment is rock bottom,no jakes even though you will reun alot of the eastern areas and once you get in the east it's like pulling teeth to get out.in general they don't give a s**t about you or your family,you are just a dumb driver to them.i worked for them so this isn't hear say...
