You know it seems like a good gig. The thing that kills me with the LTL's are the layoffs they always have. I dont work for one just because of that. Good luck though.

My dad worked for them for a few months after managing for another ltl company. We lived close to minneapolis and i think they were based in owatona minnesota and they were short drivers in south dakota so they sent him up there to do some runs up there i thought that was kinda odd he left shortly after to go work for halvorlines.

Im my barn, theres no layoffs, but cut hours for local drivers and dockworkers. They also get very nitpicky about stuff and are quick to write you up.
