I have only talked to a couple of their drivers but they seem to pay well and have good lanes. They were both very happy with them. I spoke with one of their recruiters yesterday and faxed them my resume. We shall see. I used to post under a different name and changed to OneMadHog because I couldn't log in. No one knows why so it was suggested I changed names. Anyhoo they have good equipment and I would like to drive for them.

A buddy of mine is with them - he went thru 5 companies in the last year before he settled on Hendrickson - they have good equipment and run him steadily. He is finally happy - they reward drivers who run a lot of miles, it seems.

YMMV!

I just finished the Hendrickson orientation today. There were 10 in the class which lasted three days. It was very organized and concise. They seem to know their stuff and what they expect from you. I chose to run 11 western because I want the miles. I started at 40cpm, got a Freightliner Columbia, 13 speed cat. Am now waiting for dispatch to get me running tonight as I want to get back to Oregon to load all my stuff. They won't hire new drivers very often and pretty much look for experienced drivers. They are also VERY serious about their log books and how you run. I have to qual them every day with how many hours I have left. Otherwise they seem to leave their drivers alone. Pay every two weeks. Two paid holidays, Thanksgiving and Xmas. I had talked to two of their drivers as I mentioned in my earlier post and they were very happy. Hope this is good because I sure don't want to make a change again any time soon.

Pretty nasty stuff there. You can't be too careful. Thanks for posting.
