Right said, Fred! Would like to buy you a cup of coffee one day. These guys think 4 bones an hour is like manna from heaven. And they only get it AFTER 12 hours of twiddling their thumbs unpaid. This is no improvement in drivers wages...it's nothing more than a slick recruiting ploy. Wow, wouldn't Brown LUV to hire these guys as scabs? They'd happily bang out 100 stops a day for shower coupons and 8-ball shifters.

Edit: Quit sounding like old ladies bickering over this pay plan. Bicker about the companies that don't pay ANYTHING for the first 24 hrs, then pay only $50 for the 24hrs after the initial 24hrs spent sitting.

Of course, never sitting is ideal 8)

hell half of you would Sh&t a brick when you see my miles or pay checks.. I fight for that 50 dollars after 24 hours of sitting, I wish hogan would change to this policy, I'd splurge and go biggie size.

Thank you! This was my point. people jumping all over 4/hr when i've said numerous times in this thread a majority of the other companies don't take the initiative to try to pay for layovers.
