You live in Florida, Try Arnold Transportation. I know they have from time to time taken on people with limited experience. I met a few last week at their Camp Hill PA terminal. You'll start better than you would with Werner or any of the bigger Carriers, and they offer weekly home time for that region. PM if you have any questions.

Not a recruiter, but a very happy driver.
just a side note Arnold Transportation is owened by us xpress and we have been happy with us xpress, Arnold Transportation is still running their own loads but thy are owened by us.
If it wasn't for the red trucks that have been coming in, you wouldn't even know it. They had a minor ownership in Arnold few years ago and heard just recently they have upped that to 80% ownership.

From what we've been told, they don't plan on changing much of anything, if anything at all. They like the way the company runs, and plan on leaving it that way for a while. But just like most of the drivers in the industry, who knows when they'll change their mind.

I am coming out of a tech school CDL program and Arnold takes graduates, so I bet with 3 months of experience you can get a job. The only thing about arnold is that you are required to have a hasmat endorsement. I have a number if you want to call them and talk to someone there just pm me.

Every HAZMAT load you do is another $20 for you. Plus they pay for your background, and fingerprinting.
