Default Crete True or False

Just spoke with a Crete driver that was asking about CFI. He said that when driving for Crete when you pull the parking brake in certain places this starts or stops your 14 and 11 clock. This is crazy, but why is this driver saying this is the reason for quiting

Please tell me this is bull.

I talked to a Swift driver a while back at a Costco in Redding, Ca. who waited until the last minute to connect his pigtail to an empty he was picking up because he said it would start his 14 hour clock. Never heard that one b4. Crete has nothing like that.

if he was hooking up, he was on duty and his clock should have already been started.

He said that it would send a signal to his qualcomm and he wanted to delay that as long as possible.

I know the reefer sure does connect to the QC with the cable. I used to unplug it when I parked just to see how long it would take some dipstick in WVC to notice my reefer quit running......LOL
