Default How come some Swift schools are PTDI and some aren't?

I was just looking at PTDI's website and noticed some of Swift's schools are PTDI certified and some are not. Any of you Swifties happen to know why? Were these PTDI schools absorbed by buying out other truck companies along the way? Just curious. Thanks!
