Well you can laugh all you want but take a closer look:

1) This shouldn't be too hard to find; Many companies have tractors other than Frieghtklunker. Remember, i didn't say it had to be a pete or kw. I would be happy with an international.

2) I"m thinking dry vanners don't deliver too much in the middle of the night? And dry vanners get a lot of drop and hook?

3) Really the main issue for me and all other truckers is the need for consistent miles/frieght. Little to no waiting time between loads. I define little to no waiting time as less than 3 hours. This includes the actual time being unloaded and then calling/qualcomming dispatch.

So, really what i'm asking/hoping for is not asking too much i don't think.

I gave in on the 80mph

the no qualcomm

the on-board APU/idle air account or hotel reimbursment.

Default a realtime compromise

in 8 months at crete i have had less then runs that del after 10pm before 6am central

because we get a choice of runs and drp and hooks are easy to determine

but you will have to drive a century or maybe a pete as i have seen some crete company petes

you will have a qualcom

but you will have the ability to do 600 mile days with ease

they want 500 mile days as an average

no air slide trailers you will have to pull that rod yourself

but 95% of them pull very easily

you will have a 65 mph trk unless you want to be an owner opt

but you will be able to reach 85 in wyoming though not recomended

those 7am del in utah will actually be 8am since we pretty much all roll on central time

these facts are based on my 8 months as a company driver with crete
that is all

santa has left the building

Revised, revised requirements:

1) Anything except FreightKlunker (tm) or volvo. This means i will drive internationals and macks.

2) 3000 (or close to 3000; 2800-2950 is close enough) or more than 3000 miles per week. And consistent loads---no excessive waiting time between loads waiting to be dispatched.

That's it, just two basic requirents/wishes. This should not be to hard to find.

1. don't need to get home too often.

2. willing to deliver at freaky hours.

3. willing to unload if i can get consistent freight and miles; this means i will do family dollar accounts and the like if the pay is right.

4. NYC+ northeast never a problem; Stay tuned for my driving in NYC video.

5.

OK, i am asking about trucking companies.

I am not asking about movies, drugs or any fantasies you all might have.

Could we please stick to the topic.

Thank you very much.

Let me know when your wish list is answered  I have been wanting something similar and I gave up holding my breath after I passed out!

Good luck though, you may find the company you are looking for!
