Interstate has a better reputation and nicer trucks. USA's trucks are stripped down. The cpm pay is comparable.

Based upon everything I've heard, Truck USA should be considered a "company of last resort". I have heard good things about Interstate, though.

i was sitting around the drivers lounge at the terminal and a couple of drivers i was talking to started reminiscing their old days at USA truck. Some of their stories where insane. Made me feel real good about where i was.

I'm in school right now and am pre-hired with Interstate. I live about 20 minutes from the Corporate Office/main terminal. Its beautiful. I see there equipment every day. I don't now anything about the other company. But, I'm really excited and feel fortunate to be offered a job at Interstate.

Their equipment is not notch. They run Freightliner Columbia and Volvo. They have a few Freightliner Century class, but not many.

Hope this helps!
