If TMC's weekend policy is what is motivating you, then you are ignoring other options. Many van companies offer weekends off (at home), in addition to flatbed.

If you want to do flatbed work, then TMC would be a good place to go and learn that niche. I like your statement about wanting to stay somewhere, and not quit after 3 months. Too many drivers jump ship these days for 2cpm more per mile or empty promises.
